About the Founder and President

Dr. Beverly McCarthy, past CEO and President of the Ashford Group, Inc., worked with clients in the USA and abroad, including QCI International, Inc. Recently, she held positions as Chief Operating Officer; Vice President of Organizational Development; and, Corporate Educator and Executive Coach. She provides consulting services to businesses in the private, public and non-profit sectors. 

Dr. McCarthy offers services that include Organizational Change strategies, Strategic Planning, Executive Coaching and Relational Communications. With extensive expertise in Quality Improvement and Process Mapping, her clients learn to embrace operational methods that decrease non-value added processes and increase net profits. 

Dr. McCarthy holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior. Her undergraduate degrees are in Psychology, Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Cincinnati. She served as Adjunct Professor at Mount St. Joseph University, Union Institute University, and Associate Professor at East Carolina University. She teaches Business Management, Strategic Planning, and Leadership Development.

Dr. McCarthy frequently presents at conferences in the USA, India and South Africa. She shares her Three-Dimensional Change process business model which requires consistency, accountability and authenticity to enhance human capital and joy in the workplace.

Dr. McCarthy serves on Corporate Boards and Non-profit Boards. She served as Board President of Anderson Chamber of Commerce; Board Vice Chair for Mercy Non-profit Boards, and Past Chair of the Cincinnati CEO Roundtable program through the Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce.  She also serves as a volunteer for several community organizations.
